The Parables of Lent will be the focus of Wednesday mid-week Lenten worship. Services will be held each Wednesday, from February 25 through March 25, at 7:15 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Each week will focus on a different biblical parable whose plot is woven with a unique message about what we receive through the crucified Christ. Ash Wednesday, February 18, will kick-off this series with the Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector.
February 25 – Week 1 – The Parable of the Sower and the Seed
March 4 – Week 2 – The Parable of the Hidden Treasure and the Priceless Pearl
March 11 – Week 3 – The Parable of the Good Samaritan
March 18 – Week 4 – The Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard
March 25 – Week 5 – The Parable of the Prodigal Son
